REFERAL
You can get a referal in many different ways. Your doctor, your family/freinds. You can also refer yourself, Insurance companies, Nursing homes, hospitals and rehabilitation centers may also refer you.
INSURANCE
Your insurance may provide either a complete or partial payment. Our professional team will explain your coverage and bill your insurance directly, hassle free.

We accept: medicare (homebound only). Medicaid, Private insurance, Private Pay.
